Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
- Bank charges, payment gateway fees, or service charges may be deducted
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- No-show cases
- Partially used services
- Last-minute cancellations
- Visa rejection (unless specified otherwise)
- Non-refundable airline or hotel bookings
Supplier-Initiated Changes
If airlines, hotels, or transport providers cancel services, refunds will follow their policies.
