All cancellation requests must be made via email or phone.

Tour Package Cancellation Charges

• 30 days or more before departure: Full refund minus processing fee
• 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
• 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost
• Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund

Flight / Train Ticket Cancellation

Cancellation charges depend on airline or railway rules and fare conditions.

Hotel Cancellation

Subject to hotel policies and supplier terms.

Force Majeure

Goldenbird Travels shall not be liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Political unrest
• Government restrictions
• Pandemics
• Strikes or transport disruptions
